On-Time Delivery Guarantee

At Uniforms Express we know how important it is for you to receive your team’s uniforms when you need them…on time, and not a day later. To meet the needs of our customers and prove our commitment to on-time delivery we instituted our industry best On-Time Delivery Guarantee. Simply stated, if we don’t get you your uniform order on time we’ll give you 50% BACK on your invoice!

No other uniform supplier will make you that guarantee, because they can’t. Your local guy or local sporting goods store has no control over the vendors he goes through and even Nike and Adidas “farm” their uniform production business out to “3rd party” manufacturers. Good luck getting your uniforms on time with them; particularly with last minute orders or changes.

On-Time Delivery Guarantee Details:

The customer provides a shipping address within contiguous United States.
The customer has confirmed the order by replying to the "final confirmation" e-mail or fax from Uniforms Express.
The customer has confirmed the graphic sample.
Customer pays balance in full when order is placed.
Please note that partial payment can still secure a guaranteed delivery date, however Uniforms Express will not be obligated to any refund or discount for orders delivered after the guarantee date.
Customer receives ready to process notification via e-mail from Uniforms Express clearly stating the guarantee delivery date (not scheduled delivery date)***.
50% money back guarantee applies only to Uniforms Express produced jerseys, pants, and shorts that miss the customer's intended first use (event or game). Jackets, fleeces, and 3rd party product are not included in our money back guarantee policy.

After all conditions are met, Uniforms Express will send a customer notification that includes the guaranteed delivery date. A copy of this notification must be retained by the customer to ensure the guaranteed delivery date.

* Uniforms Express ships its product via UPS at a service level that ensures on-time delivery for contiguous United States shipping. Alaska, overseas and international shipping does not qualify for guaranteed delivery. If late delivery results from a failure by UPS to meet their service guarantee, Uniforms Express will not assume responsibility and no discounts or refunds will be given. Additionally, the client's guarantee date must be the day of their first game to be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Furthermore, Uniforms Express is a multi-national company with production in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe. Uniforms Express will not assume responsibility for late deliveries that are caused by events outside the control of Uniforms Express. These events include but are not limited to shipments held in customs, power outages and other catastrophic events.

**During the peak season (February 1 - May 31), Uniforms Express can guarantee delivery in 2-8 weeks. However, the 50% discount for late delivery only applies to orders placed where an 8 week guarantee is given. If the guaranteed time during the peak season is 7 weeks, the adjusted discount will be 40%, 6 weeks 30%, 5 weeks 20%, 4 weeks 10%, and less than 4 weeks will have a 5% discount.

***Uniforms Express reserves the right to alter the guaranteed delivery date if changes are made to the order after the ready to process e-mail notification has been sent out. The customer will be notified of the anticipated new guaranteed delivery date; however, the guarantee date will not qualify for any refunds or discounts.
