TYPES OF UNIFORM LETTERING AND NUMBERING

Twill vs Sublimation 2.png
Tackle-Twill Sewn Lettering

Tackle-twill lettering and numbering is laser-cut twill material.  It is heat pressed together, heat pressed to the jersey, and sewn around the edges. It's used in professional baseball, football and hockey.

Sublimated Twill Lettering

Sublimated twill lettering and numbering is laser-cut single layer twill material.  It is sublimated (printed) with multiple colors and patterns. It is heat pressed to the jersey, and sewn around the edges.

Fully Sublimated Uniforms

The entire uniform is sublimated (printed). This includes the body, trims, lettering, numbering, logos, and player names.  The ink is dyed into the fabric so it doesn't peel or fade.
